The firm has competent professionals with the necessary knowledge, skills and experience to offer sound environmental consultancy services. The firm has permanent staff as well more than twenty associate consultants whose services are engaged from time to time as need arises. The firm also takes on assignments with other companies through associating or Joint venture depending on project needs.
Violet Namakula
Environmental Specialist- Limnology and WetlandMiss Violet holds a joint MSc. In Environmental Science Limnology and Wetland Ecosystem from the UNESCO-IHE Institute for Water Education, Egerton University and BOKU University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Chemistry from Makerere University. She has trained in Ecosystems management and Restoration, Integrated Water Resources Management (IWRM), Tropical Limnology including Wetland delineation and assessment. Violet has over 10 years work experience in water related projects gained through research and work in the water sector. She has vast knowledge and experience in water and wastewater treatment, water and Air Quality analysis, Noise level measurements and familiar with the National and International standards for these parameters. Being in this field she has done research on tropical natural water bodies and wastewater treatment. Violet has worked with a wide range of equipment including Ion chromatography (IC), Atomic absorption spectroscopy (AAS), High Performance Liquid Chromatography and Spectrophotometry, MX6 Gas Analyzer, Noise meter and Particulate Matter Analyzer. Violet also has experience on environment and natural resources policies, legal and institutional mandates in Uganda
Vivian Chambo
Environmental EngineerVivian Chambo is a professional Environmental Engineer and a Water Resources Management Specialist holding BSc in Environmental Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Integrated Water Resources Management from the University of Dar-es-Salaam. She has over fourteen years of vast experience on Environmental consultancy. Vivian is a Certified and Registered Environmental Practitioner in Uganda, CC/EIA/075/19, Ordinary Member with Uganda Association for Impact Assessment, 2018-274 and Associate Member, Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment (IEMA), UK, since June 2012. She is experienced in Project Management, Water Resources Management (Water Catchment Protection, water allocation and water distribution), Environmental Impact Assessment; Baseline Surveys, Preparation of Environmental and Social Management Plan, Construction Supervision, Environmental Monitoring, Environmental Auditing and community engagement. Vivian has worked in Tanzania, United Kingdom, Uganda and South Sudan
Fahad Nakendo
Senior Surveyor and ValuerMr. Fahad Nakendo is a qualified Chartered Surveyor and Property Valuer and also a Member Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) of United Kingdom. He holds MSc in Property Development& Planning from London South Bank University as well as a BSc (Hons) in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Dares salaam in Tanzania. Mr. Fahad has over 10 years’ experience and knowledge in property valuation, development, planning, management and regeneration projects. Fahad has also a wealth of experience in conducting successful negotiations for compulsory purchase related cases and ensuring proper and adequate payments are affected for given properties. He has also worked extensively on key regeneration projects and with the banking sector when dealing with secured lending for real estate operations. Fahad has experience and competence in property valuation especially residential, commercial, institutional properties and vacant land for development; Property disposals assessments i.e. disposal of properties with potential of achieving capital receipts in excess of £20 million; Leasing, letting and management of commercial properties; Acquisition both Compulsory and freewill sale and compensation; Development Appraisals for sites and properties including conducting feasibility studies on commercial, industrial and residential sites; and Project Management. Mr. Nakendo is conversant with Uganda and United Kingdom laws and policies regarding land acquisition, valuation procedures and general framework on land ownership.
Ademun Grace Agnes
Business Development ManagerMrs. Ademun Agnes holds a Bachelor’s degree in Development Studies and Diploma in Environmental Consultancy from Kampala International University. Mrs. Ademun has five years’ work experience in business development management. She focuses on building long-term relationship with new and existing clients, identifying business growth opportunities, develop strategies, keeps records of sales, revenue and taxes. Moreover, she conducts research of new market and customers’ needs for Company’s development.
Joyce Nanyondo
EnvironmentalistShe is a trainee Environmentalist holding a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Sciences from Makerere University, Uganda. Joyce has two years’ experience in environmental consultancy. Joyce has experienced in Environmental and Social Impact Assessment, Environmental Monitoring, Environmental Audits, stakeholders engagement, formulation of Environmental and Social Monitoring Plans and report writing

Chemical EngineerProf. George William Nyakairu Atwoki holds a Bachelor of Science (Industrial Chemistry)) degree and Master of Science (Chemistry) from Makerere University Prof. George William Nyakairu Atwoki is a member of the following proffesional bodies: Fellow for The Royal Society of Chemistry, 2013; Member of the Council of Frontiers of Knowledge 2011; Life member of the International Committee of the Red Cross; Member of the American Institute of Chemical Engineers; Affiliate Member of Institution Chemical Engineers, London and Member of International Union of Physical and Applied Chemistry
Joseph Walumbe
GIS Specialist Joseph Walumbe holds a BSC in Water Resources Engineering from Busitema University. He has 3 years’ experience in Environmental Impact Assessment and Environmental Auditing. He has experience in several scientific fields including collecting and analyzing test samples of water, wastewater and soil, waste management analysis, Catchment and water-shed delineation, Natural resources mapping, air quality analysis and noise level measurement, formulation of environmental and social monitoring plan, stakeholder engagement and report writing
Joseph is adept at using Google Earth and use of Geospatial geoprocessing tools and ArcGIS extensions, computer aided design softwares in drawing building plans and applying them in GIS and mapping to create accurate and detailed maps and site layout plans
He is familiar with different GIS and CAD softwares including ArcGIS, ArcGIS pro, QGIS, ILWIS, MapInfo, AutoCAD Map 3D, AutoCAD, Civil3D, Archicad, Epanet, WaterCAD, StormCAD, SewerCAD, HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, SolidWorks, Eriksson Culvert, Culvert master, Hy-8 and Mastercam
